Thanks to the Norfolk branch of CIPD for organising a great conference. This key event for HR professionals in the region included prestigious speakers and workshops on diverse topics, including a session on HR analytics i.e. the critical skill of synthesising information to enable decision making. This was supported by an exhibition at which we demonstrated Exelsys Human Capital Management and its analytics capability.
